Ghanaian Midfielder Mohammed Kudus returned to action for FC Ajax over the weekend after three months of sidelines due to injury.

The Ajax star has been out of action for the past three months after sustaining a nasty knee injury in his Champions League debut against Liverpool FC.

The 20 year-old made his long-awaited return to the pitch on Sunday after being introduced on the pitch for the last ten minutes of the clash with PSV Eindhoven by Erik Ten Hag.

Mohammed Kudus return is a major boost for coach Erik Ten Hag and his side who will be delighted by the Ghanaian stars return after missing their last games over the three months.

Kudus underwent a successful knee injury in October 2020, and after lengthy periods of rehabilitation made his much-awaited last Sunday.

Last Sunday’s 2-2 all draw with PSV Eindhoven means FC Ajax remain on top of the league table with a just a point.
