Former Asante kotoko CEO, Mr. Herbert Mensah dreams of taking over the Chief Executive Officer position of Ash Gold club in relation with the ongoing frictions between the CEO Dr. Kwaku Frimpong and the supporters.

The CEO of Ghana Premier league side, Ash Gold, Dr. Kwaku Frimpong was given the ownership right of the club in 2018 by Anglo gold Ashanti.

The medical practitioner has single handedly financed the club till date.

Before the start of the just ended 2020/2021 premier league season, the supporters had some misunderstanding with the CEO for failure to render an apology after using some unfortunate statements on them.
